- help identify obstacles to success,
- provide objective, nonjudgmental feedback and support,
- and hold you accountable to continue to take steps toward your goals.

Parent Support Group
Are you finding parenting isolating as well as overwhelming? Find help by participating in a group with other parents where you can express your concerns and feelings in an atmosphere that is supportive, nonjudgmental, and confidential. You can also interact with these parents though a participant's group on the internet.
