Coaching Types

What is Coaching?

Coaching is an on-going relationship between coach and client which enables the
client to achieve goals and dreams by visualizing these more clearly. The coach listens deeply and asks powerful questions that establish solutions and identify what is getting in the way of the client’s performance. The coach holds the client’s agenda; empowers the client to make the steps toward achievement; and provides a space in which the client is accountable.

Who can benefit?

People from all walks of life who want to improve the quality of their life. People who recognize that there is something larger that they want to achieve. People who are feeling stuck or impeded from reaching their dreams.

What do I do?

Coaching is usually done on the telephone although it can also be done in person or by email. While I work with a wide variety of people, I love to work with:
