Creating the professional life we want can be a lonely business.

Coaching circles harness the power of our peers to create a coaching experience larger than the sum of its parts. Structured as weekly group coaching sessions, Coaching Circles bring together 5-8 individuals at similar career stages and fields for facilitated coaching support.

In a Coaching Circle, you’ll form new relationships with peers experiencing similar challenges, while learning and growing together in an honest and supportive environment. You’ll build your network, compare strategies, and share your own wisdom with the group. All sessions are 100% confidential and facilitated by professional coach and Open Way founder John Sawyer.

Below are upcoming Coaching Circles. Click the button at the bottom of the page to apply today.
